Oageng Moiloa
Director & Social Worker · Practice No. 92358 · Registered marriage officer & ordained reverend.
Oageng holds a BA in Social Work (University of Limpopo), a Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Relations (Wits University), and a Postgraduate Diploma in HIV/AIDS (Stellenbosch University). That combination grounds his clinical work in individual and group therapy with a strong understanding of organisational and labour dynamics — across more than 30 years of practice.
Today he manages the full lifecycle of external EAP contracts: quality control, trauma debriefing, mental-health interventions, incapacity investigations, conflict resolution and team building. He also gives strategic direction to wellness teams and represents EAP interests in key stakeholder forums.
His approach is integrated and client-centred — meeting people where they are and drawing on whichever therapeutic framework serves them best. Oageng is goal-oriented and disciplined, a team player who believes in seeing things through, using insight and evidence to inspire both individuals and organisations to reach their full potential.
